| Payment terms: | settlements under the agreement are made in a non-cash manner by payment orders by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account within 7 (Seven) business days after the Customer accepts the services for each fact of the provision of services, signing acts of acceptance of services from the Contractor (subject to compliance with the registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Contract) in accordance with the terms of the Technical tasks (Appendix No. 1). Advance payment is not provided. |
