| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays the Supplier an advance of 20 (Twenty)* percent of the total price of the contract, within 50 (Fifty) days after receipt by the Supplier of the notification of the commencement of performance of obligations under the Contract, provided that the Supplier provides security for the return of the advance payment in accordance with the terms of the Contract, the original invoice for the payment of the advance. The offset of the advance paid is carried out upon delivery of the Equipment
The final payment for the Equipment in the amount of the difference between the price of the delivered Equipment and the amount of advance payments paid under the Contract, as well as payment for the work performed and services rendered under the Contract in the amount of 100 (One hundred) percent of the cost of works and services, will be made within 50 calendar days after the delivery of the Equipment to the Place of delivery, rendering of services for the final assembly of Equipment on the territory of the Buyer, commissioning, conducting production tests on the territory of the Buyer, providing services for training the Buyer's personnel in the rules of operation, repair and maintenance of Equipment, providing the Buyer with the documents provided for in the Contract and signing the relevant acts |
