| Payment terms: | 2) Terms of payment - The Buyer makes an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the price of the Goods within 20 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract and subject to the provision of security for the return of the advance. (Appendix 8)
If the price of the Contract is determined in the currency and in accordance with paragraph G.1, provision of advance payment security is required – the advance payment is paid in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of conclusion of the Contract
- payment of 70% of the price of the Goods is made within 45 calendar days after delivery of the equipment to the Buyer's warehouse, from the date of receipt from the Supplier of payment documents and documents confirming proper fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations to supply the Goods (subject to compliance with the requirements for their design) and the act of completed installation supervision, commissioning and instructing personnel in accordance with the terms of reference No. 18/57-07/1011 dated 04/25/2023. Payment is made in rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of transfer of ownership. (for Suppliers excluding SMEs) *.
