| Payment terms: | Settlements under the agreement are made in a non-cash manner by payment orders by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account within 45 (Forty-five) business days after the Customer accepts services for each fact of rendering services, signing certificates of acceptance of services from the Contractor (subject to compliance with the registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Contract) in accordance with the terms Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1). Advance payment is not provided.
1.2. In case of conclusion of an agreement with a Supplier that is a small or medium-sized business entity, settlements under the agreement are made in a non-cash manner by payment orders by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account within 7 (Seven) business days after the Customer accepts the services for each fact of rendering the services, signing the acceptance certificates of the services from the Contractor (subject to compliance with the registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Contract) in accordance with the terms of the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1). Advance payment is not provided. |
