| Payment terms: | The Buyer makes the payment within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the Supplier transfers the goods delivered under this agreement, the Parties sign the consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 or Universal Transfer Document, the Buyer receives the original invoice, invoice. If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, the Buyer shall pay within 7 (seven) business days after the Supplier transfers the goods delivered under this agreement, the Parties sign the consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 or Universal Transfer Document, the Buyer receives the original invoice, invoice.
The currency of the agreement and the currency of payment is the Russian ruble. |
