| Payment terms: | - payment of an advance payment in the amount of 50 (fifty) % of the price of the Goods, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the agreement and receipt of the invoice for payment, subject to the submission of documents provided for in clause 5.1.15 of the Agreement;
- within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods with the COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 or UPD signed by the parties, the invoice on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier, the Buyer transfers to the Supplier the remaining amount of money in the amount of 50 (fifty)%. |
