| Payment terms: | The buyer pays for the goods within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after delivery of the goods, signing the waybill COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 and providing the invoice and the original invoice (or UPD). In case of conclusion of an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity - within 7 days (seven) working days after delivery of the goods, signing of the waybill COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 and providing the invoice and the original invoice (or UPD). Payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the date of debiting funds from the Buyer's current account. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
