For enterprises that are not small and medium-sized businesses: The Buyer pays for the Goods within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods and signing by the Parties of the consignment note COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12/UPD, the act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods, based on the invoice issued by the Supplier. The Buyer transfers funds to the Supplier in the amount determined by the Parties in the relevant Specification to this Agreement.

The Buyer pays for the Goods within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods and signing by the Parties of the consignment note COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12/UPD, the act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods, based on the invoice issued by the Supplier.
