The Buyer pays for the goods by transferring an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the price of the goods within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice for payment to the Buyer.
Final calculation:
for enterprises that are not small and medium-sized businesses: The Buyer pays for the goods within 45 calendar days after receipt of the Goods and signing by both Parties of the Act of acceptance of the Goods based on the results of installation and commissioning works, if there is a COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 waybill and an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, based on the invoice issued by the Supplier for payment.
For enterprises included in the unified register of small and medium-sized businesses:
