| Payment terms: | Payment is made within 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of Works (stage of Work) if there are funds received from the State Customer to pay for the Work (stage of Work). The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the corresponding account opened with the territorial body of the Federal Treasury. Payment of the advance payment is planned in the amount of up to 50% of the cost of work on the contract stage within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract, subject to the availability of funds from the state customer. | Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
