| Payment terms: | The Customer shall pay for all the Works actually performed by the Contractor within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Contractor has provided and signed by both Parties the documents presented by the contract and the Customer has received the original invoice, invoice, duly executed on paper.
If the contractor is a small and medium-sized enterprise, then the Customer pays for all the Works actually performed by the Contractor within 15 (fifteen) working days after the Contractor has provided and signed by both Parties the documents presented by the contract and the Customer receives the original invoice, invoice, duly executed on paper. |
