| Payment terms: | After the Parties sign the Act of Transferring the Leased Item to Leasing, the Lessee pays the Lessor an advance payment of 30% within 7 working days. The amount of monthly lease payments and their terms are determined by the Schedule of payment of lease payments under the Contract. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
