| Payment terms: | The fixed rent for the premises, the fee for the use of the rented Parking space, the fee for the warehouse-type premises and the maintenance fee for the premises shall be paid by the Tenant on a monthly basis until the 5th (fifth) day of the month following the reporting period, by transferring funds to the Lessor's settlement account on the basis of this Agreement.
Variable rent includes payment for utilities (including hot and cold water supply, heating, electricity, solid waste disposal). Calculation of Variable rent is made on the basis of current tariffs, based on the services and energy resources actually consumed (electricity consumption in accordance with the meter, water consumption in accordance with the water meter, etc.) in connection with the operation of the leased Premises and the equipment placed in it. The amount of variable rent is formed based on meter readings, tariffs, etc. |
