| Payment terms: | The Customer pays for the services actually rendered by the Contractor by bank transfer after completion of each stage of the Services within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties of the relevant act on the provision of services, receipt by the Customer of the original invoice and a personal certificate / certificate confirming the completion of training (for each employee who has completed training). In case of conclusion of an agreement with an organization related to SMEs: The Customer pays for the services actually rendered by the Contractor by bank transfer after completion of each stage of the Services within 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing by both Parties of the relevant act on the provision of services, receipt by the Customer of the original invoice and a personal certificate/certificate confirming the completion of training (for each an employee who has been trained). |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
