| Payment terms: | Payment for the Services rendered by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer shall be made based on the cost of the Service stages within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of services for the relevant stage by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account and receiving by the Customer the original invoice, invoice, duly executed, as well as documents provided for by the Contract. In case of conclusion of an Agreement with an organization related to small and medium-sized businesses: payment for Services rendered by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer is made based on the cost of the stages of Services within 7 (seven) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of services at the appropriate stage by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account and receiving the original by the Customer invoices, invoices, duly executed, as well as documents provided for in the Contract. |
