| Payment terms: | The Customer pays for the Services actually rendered by the Contractor for the billing period within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the signing by both Parties of the Act on the Provision of Services and receipt by the Customer of the original invoice, invoice, duly executed. If the Customer belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, the Customer pays for the Services actually rendered by the Contractor for the billing period within 7 (seven) working days after the signing by both Parties of the Act on the Provision of Services and receipt by the Customer of the original invoice, invoice, duly executed. The reporting period is considered to be a period of one calendar month in which the corresponding service was rendered. |
