| Payment terms: | The Customer shall pay for the Services actually rendered by the Contractor for the billing period within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the signing by both Parties of the Act on the Provision of Services and receipt by the Customer of the original invoice, invoice, duly executed. If the Customer is a small and medium-sized business entity, the Customer pays for the Services actually rendered by the Contractor for the billing period within 7 (seven) business days after both Parties sign the Act on the Provision of Services and the Customer receives the original invoice, invoice, duly executed. The reporting period is considered to be the period of one calendar month in which the corresponding service was rendered. |
