| Payment terms: | The Subscriber shall pay for the Services actually rendered by the Operator for the billing period within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the signing by both Parties of the Act on the Provision of Services and receipt by the Subscriber of the original invoice, invoice, duly executed. If the Operator belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, the Subscriber pays for the Services actually rendered by the Operator for the billing period within 7 (seven) business days after both Parties sign the Act on the Provision of Services and the Subscriber receives the original invoice, invoice, duly executed. |
