| Payment terms: | 3. Terms of payment for the Equipment:
the advance payment in the amount of 50% of the total price of this agreement is paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days from the date of sending a written notification from the Buyer about the start of delivery of the Equipment, provided that the Supplier provides security for the return of the advance;
the advance payment in the amount of 40% of the total price of this agreement is paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of a written notification from the Supplier about the readiness of the Equipment for delivery, provided that the Supplier provides security for the refund of the advance;
the final payment in the amount of 10% of the total price of this agreement is paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation on the basis of the Equipment Commissioning Act signed by the Parties |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
