| Payment terms: | Payment is made by the Customer in the following order:
The Customer under the Contract, in order to ensure its execution, makes an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the Contract value by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account within no more than 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of invoicing for the advance payment. Within no more than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing the Act of Delivery and acceptance of the 10 kW PAK wind turbine, based on the cost of work under the Contract, minus the amount of the advance payment previously issued, payment is made for the delivery of goods, installation of equipment and commissioning, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account based on the invoice.
The Contractor, no later than 5 working days before the date of payment of the advance, provides the Customer with a guarantee for the return of the advance in the form of an irrevocable bank guarantee issued by the bank in an amount equal to the amount of the advance to be paid. The term of validity of the advance payment guarantee should be the term of fulfillment of obligations for the supply of Equipment, plus 60 days. The terms of the bank guarantee are agreed by the parties in the Contract.
Payment for the work performed on the tests of the 10 kW PAK wind turbine is made based on the cost of the work under the Contract, within no more than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the final act of acceptance of the work performed. |
