| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the delivered goods in the amount of 100% of the price of the delivered goods within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the Supplier hands over the delivered goods, the Buyer receives the original invoice, the invoice, the signing of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12/UPD, the act of acceptance of works/services (installation, commissioning) and receipt of other documents stipulated by the agreement. If the Supplier is a small and medium-sized business entity, then the Buyer pays for the delivered goods in the amount of 100% of the price of the delivered goods within 7 (seven) business days after the Supplier hands over the delivered goods, the Buyer receives the original invoice, invoice, signing the waybill COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12/UPD, the act of acceptance of works/services (installation, commissioning) and receipt of other documents provided for in the contract. |
