| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the delivered goods in the amount of 100% of the price of the delivered goods within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the delivery of the delivered goods by the Supplier, receipt by the Buyer of the original invoice, invoice, signature of the consignment note TORG-12 and receipt of other documents stipulated by the contract.
If the Supplier is a small and medium-sized business entity, then the Buyer pays for the delivered goods in the amount of 100% of the price of the delivered goods within 7 (seven) working days after the delivery of the delivered goods by the Supplier, receipt by the Buyer of the original invoice, invoice, signature of the consignment note TORG-12 and receipt of other documents provided for in the contract. |
