| Payment terms: | Product payment shall be made to the Supplier by invoice within 60 calendar days (for SMEs within 15 working days) from the date of the Consignee signing the documents, confirming the receipt of the Products (Acts of Receiving of Products, or invoices (TRG-12), or Universal Transfer Documents (UPD)), provided the Products are supplied with adequate quality and in proper complexities (confirmed by the positive Entry Act), and the Supplier's submission of documents named in the technical task (subject to compliance with their requirements the drafting established by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation and the Treaty). |
