| Payment terms: | Payment terms: 30% - prepayment; 60% - after testing the equipment on the Contractor's territory, 10% - after delivery of equipment to the Customer, commissioning and training.
Delivery time:
The delivery time of the Equipment is no more than 6 (Six) months from the date of signing the Contract.
The term of work on installation and commissioning - no more than 5 (Five) working days from the date of delivery of the Equipment/Delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse and signing of shipping documents (invoice and bill of lading).
Training of technical personnel of the Buyer: A technical specialist from the Supplier begins to conduct training of technical personnel of the Buyer within 2 (two) working days from the completion of commissioning on the installed and adjusted equipment. Total duration of training: up to 2 (two) working days (8 hours per day) |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
