| Payment terms: | No later than 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty and which, under the terms of the contract, are the basis for making payment for the obligations performed by the counterparty and accepted by the customer under the delivery contract. |
