| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the delivered goods in the amount of 100% of the price of the delivered goods within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the Supplier hands over the goods, the Buyer receives the invoice, invoice, signing the waybill COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 (or UPD), by transferring funds to the Supplier's account. If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, the Buyer pays for the delivered goods in the amount of 100% of the price of the delivered goods within 7 (seven) business days after the Supplier hands over the goods, the Buyer receives the invoice, invoice, signing the waybill COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 (or UPD), by transfer of funds to the Supplier's account. |
