| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the delivered goods in the amount of 100% of the price of the delivered goods within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the delivery of the delivered goods by the Supplier, receipt by the Buyer of the original invoice, invoice, signing of the invoice TORG-12 (or UPD), by transferring funds to the Supplier's account. If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, the Buyer pays for the delivered goods in the amount of 100% of the price of the delivered goods within 7 (seven) working days after the delivery of the delivered goods by the Supplier, receipt by the Buyer of the original invoice, invoice, signing of the invoice TORG-12 (or UPD), by transferring funds to the Supplier's account. |
