| Payment terms: | the advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of this agreement is paid by the Buyer within 20 working days from the date of sending a written notification from the Buyer about the start of Equipment delivery, provided that the Supplier provides security for the refund of the advance;
the Buyer pays the final payment in the amount of 70% of the total price of this agreement within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation on the basis of the Equipment Commissioning Act signed by the Parties |
