Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the Contract price is payable by the Buyer no later than 20 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, provided that the Supplier provides in full the originals of the following documents: an invoice for the payment of an Advance, ensuring the fulfillment of obligations under the Contract in the amount of an Advance.
No more than 45 calendar days (for SMEs - 7 working days) from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Consignment note (TORG-12), subject to the provision of the originals of the following documents: invoices, invoices, TTN, the Buyer pays the Supplier 100% of the cost of the Equipment delivered and accepted by the Buyer, taking into account the Advance paid.
No more than 45 calendar days (for SMEs - 7 working days) from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Acceptance Test Certificate, as well as Acts on the provision of installation and commissioning services, provided that the originals of the following documents are provided: invoices, invoices, the Buyer pays the Supplier 100% of the cost of installation and commissioning services.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
Organizer has decided to cancel the call for bids.
