| Payment terms: | 1 Payment of Equipment (stage 1 according to TK 448-OIC-(t):
Within no more than 45 calendar days (for SMEs - 7 working days) from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Consignment note (TORG-12), subject to the provision of the originals of the following documents: invoices, invoices, TTN, the Buyer pays To the Supplier 100% of the cost of the Equipment delivered and accepted by the Buyer.
2 Payment of completed works: (stage 2 according to TK 448-OIC-(t):
