For suppliers who have no experience of deliveries in the form of previously executed contracts / invoices with OKB GIDROPRESS JSC or who have negative experience of deliveries, the payment procedure is 100% after delivery and acceptance of the goods by the Buyer.
The draft contract for the supply of this equipment contains a requirement for the Supplier to provide security for the fulfillment of warranty obligations in the amount of 5% of the contract value for the entire warranty period. |
