| Payment terms: | The payer pays for the delivered goods in the amount of 100% of the price of the delivered goods within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the Supplier hands over the goods, the Buyer receives the invoice, the invoice, the signing of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 (or UPD), by transferring funds to the Supplier's account. If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, the Buyer pays for the delivered goods in the amount of 100% of the price of the delivered goods within 7 (seven) business days after the Supplier hands over the goods, the Buyer receives the invoice, invoice, signing the waybill COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 (or UPD), by transfer of funds to the Supplier's account. |
