| Payment terms: | The Customer will pay the Contractor an advance payment in the amount of 30 (thirty)% of the contract price. Payment of works is carried out by the Customer minus the advance payment within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Act of completed works, provided that the Contractor presents payment documents (invoice for payment) and transfers to the Customer a properly assembled and tested product, with a full set of issued documentation.
