| Payment terms: | advance payment of 30% in accordance with clause 5.1 of the draft agreement;
payment for the Works actually performed by the General Contractor and accepted by the Customer is carried out by the Customer within 45 calendar days following the date of receipt by the Customer of the original invoice and invoice issued by the General Contractor on the basis of:
"Certificate of acceptance of completed works" (form CS-2), adopted (signed) by an authorized employee/employee of the Customer in 4 (four) copies;
"The act on the registration of material assets obtained during disassembly and dismantling" (form M-35 with appendices);
logbook of completed works (form KS-6a);
"Certificates on the cost of work performed and costs" (Form COP-3) in 4 (four) copies or other acts of acceptance of work performed, drawn up according to the form agreed by the parties.
The final calculation is made by the Customer within 45 calendar days after the acceptance by the acceptance commission of the completed construction of the object and its commissioning and signing of the act in the form of KS-14 |
