Payment terms:1.Payment for products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery of products of proper quality to the place of delivery, subject to the exchange of original contracts signed by both parties and original invoices. 2. Payment is made in rubles of the Russian Federation at the exchange rate of the US dollar to the ruble set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of debiting funds from the Buyer's current account
