| Payment terms: | 100% of the cost of Products is paid within 95 (ninety-five) calendar days from the moment the Supplier properly fulfills its obligations to supply a complex of cleaning equipment, transfer of passports, certificates, all technical, shipping and other necessary documentation for Products.
The payment term established by Specification No. 3 is automatically extended for the period of delay in delivery of Products.
Early delivery of Products is possible by agreement with the Buyer, while the payment term and warranty periods are determined from the delivery dates specified in the TOR |
