| Payment terms: | Payment is made upon the provision of services no later than 20 calendar days, but not earlier than 15 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance and delivery of the rendered services (subject to receipt of documents for payment issued in compliance with the established norms), by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account, based on the invoice. |
