| Payment terms: | after the Parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services (UPD) (without comments) or resolve the issue of eliminating comments, the Contractor issues to the Customer the original invoice and/or invoice for payment for the services actually rendered, which the Customer is obliged to pay by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account in the following terms:
for organizations that are SMEs – within 30 calendar days;
for organizations that are not SMEs – within 45 calendar days. |
