| Payment terms: | After the parties sign the acceptance certificate for the services rendered (without comments), the Contractor issues an invoice to the Customer, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (in case of exemption from VAT, the invoice is not provided) and an invoice for payment. The Customer is obliged to pay for the Services provided by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor, within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the original invoice (in case of exemption from VAT, the invoice is not provided) and invoice for payment. The date of payment is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's account. |
