| Payment terms: | The proposal must be registered in the prescribed manner (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed, presented on the letterhead of the organization with the indication:
- full name of the organization;
- details and contact information: INN, PSRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail;
- the validity period of the offered price;
- the main conditions for the execution of the contract (term of services provision, payment procedure, etc.).
The technical and commercial proposal must contain a calculation of the cost of providing services in accordance with the form of Appendix 2, or price information on the cost of providing units of services with VAT, excluding VAT for the possibility of calculating the cost of the purchase.
For contracts with a price of up to 5 million rubles. inclusive of VAT: The Customer pays to the Contractor for the services rendered within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the work performed, the provision of services by the contractor / performer and the submission by the contractor / performer of the documents stipulated by the contract.
For contracts with a price of more than 5 million rubles. with VAT: The Customer pays the Contractor for the services rendered within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the work performed, the provision of services by the contractor / performer and the submission by the contractor / performer of the documents stipulated by the contract.
Within 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the execution of work, the provision of services under contracts with a single supplier - an industry organization.
The provision of works, services is required for the Bilibino NPP from 09/01/2021. until 31.08.2022
Carrying out this procedure for collecting information does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
