| Payment terms: | The Customer's payments for services are made monthly. The Customer pays for the services upon the provision of services within 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as the UPD) or the Act of Acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the provision by the Contractor of the originals of payment documents (invoices, invoices), as well as documents provided for in the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 4). |
