| Payment terms: | Payment for the representative's services is made by the Customer in a non-cash manner on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor by transferring funds from the Customer's current account to the Contractor's current account within 15 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance and transfer certificate. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
