| Payment terms: | Payment for services is made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account within 15 (fifteen) calendar days, provided that the Customer has the appropriate funds from the General Customer (the General Customer is a Private institution "Science and Innovations") and if there is a signed act of delivery and acceptance of the Services provided on the Bid/Bids from both Sides. Payment is made for the Services actually rendered. |
