| Payment terms: | Payment for services is made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account within 15 (fifteen) calendar days / for SMEs - within 7 (Seven) business days, provided that the Customer has the appropriate funds from the General Customer (the General Customer is a Private institution "Science and Innovation") and if there is a signed act delivery-acceptance of the Services provided on the Bid/Bids from both Sides. Payment is made for the Services actually rendered. |
