Payment terms:The Customer pays for the rendered Service within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of the Services, as well as receipt of the invoice and documents provided for in clause 13.1 (the payment period is calculated from the event that occurs later), unless another payment period is provided for by the mandatory norms of the current legislation. If the mandatory norms of the current legislation provide for a different payment term, then the payment terms are determined in accordance with the specified norms.
The currency for mutual settlements is the Russian ruble at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in the ratio [●currency name]/Russian ruble as of the date of the act of delivery and acceptance of services rendered
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
