| Payment terms: | The Customer pays for the rendered Service within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of Services, as well as receipt of the invoice and documents provided for in
subsection 4.3 2 of the Terms of Reference (the payment period is calculated from the event that occurs later);
Insurance "against all risks" for an amount equal to 110% of the value of the cargo is carried out by the Forwarder. The beneficiary will be indicated in the Order to the Forwarder;
requirements for the procedure for the provision of services: in accordance with the terms of the Terms of Reference;
The currency for mutual settlements is the Russian ruble at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in the Euro ratio/The Russian ruble at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of services rendered. |
