Purchasing items:
1.
Booking, registration, purchase, delivery to the Customer of air tickets abroad, to the CIS countries and across the Russian Federation (1 (one) ticket issued on the 1st form, regardless of the number of flight segments) (1 EP)
2.
Booking, registration, purchase, delivery to the Customer, railway tickets for domestic and international destinations (including Aeroexpress) (1 (one) ticket) (1 EP)
3.
Booking of places and organization of accommodation in hotels, sanatoriums, boarding houses, apartments abroad, in CIS cities, Russia as part of business trips and business trips of employees and partners of the Customer (including in BUT) (accommodation of 1 (one) person in 1 (one) hotel) (1 EP)
4.
Booking of places and organization of accommodation in hotels, sanatoriums, boarding houses, apartments that do not work on a commission basis, do not have contractual relations with the Customer, Contractor, agents, consolidators, booking systems abroad, in CIS cities, Russia as part of business trips and business trips of employees and partners of the Customer (accommodation of 1 (one) person in 1 (one) hotel) (1 EP)
5.
Organization of transfers (including regular buses) and car rental abroad, in the CIS, Russia (including in BUT). (1 (one) car regardless of the number of passengers) (1 EP)
6.
Registration and sending to the Customer of health insurance policies for the Customer's employees traveling abroad in Russia and the CIS. (1 (one) policy for 1 (one) person) (1 EP)
7.
Organization of excursion services in Russia, CIS and abroad. (Cultural and excursion program for 1 (one) group within 1 (one) day) (1 EP)
8.
Purchase and delivery to the Customer of tickets for cultural events in Russia, the CIS and abroad. (1 (one) ticket for 1 (one) person) (1 EP)
9.
Provision of premises for negotiations, representative and other events to the Customer (and provision, if necessary, of the required equipment) (1 (one) room within 1 (one) event, regardless of the number of days of rent) (1 EP)
10.
Organization of buffet service in Russia, CIS and abroad (within 1 (one) event, regardless of the number of days) (1 EP)
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
