| Payment terms: | 1. Payment for Services rendered on a regular basis in accordance with clauses 2.1.1. - 2.1.4 Appendix No. 1, is made in Russian rubles in the form of a non-cash payment in the following order: 30% advance within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of the beginning of the reporting period, but not earlier than the date of signing by both Parties of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered and the Report for the previous reporting period (except for the first reporting period), 70% of the cost of the Services for each reporting period is payable upon completion of the provision of the Services within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of the Services Rendered and the Report
2. Payment for additional Services provided in accordance with clause 2.1.5 of Appendix No. 1 is made in Russian rubles in the form of a non-cash payment in the following order: 100% of the cost of the Services is payable upon completion of the provision of the Services within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Act delivery and acceptance of the services rendered and the Report.
3. When providing services in accordance with clause 2.1.4 of Appendix No. 1, the Customer pays the Contractor transportation costs, the cost of living in the country of visit for the period of the trip and daily expenses within the limits provided for in the Customer's organization. The total number of trips within the period for the provision of services is no more than 3, the total duration of the trips is no more than 20 days. |
