Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Advance payment is not more than 30% within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the agreement, but not before the provision of advance payment security (irrevocable bank guarantee, surety, security payment).
Payment in the amount of 68% within 100 (One hundred) calendar days from the Date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of receipt by the Customer of the original of the relevant Supplier's invoice with the attachment of the invoice, consignment note (in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12), transport document (depending on the delivery method).
Final payment of 2% within 80 (Eighty) calendar days from the date of signing the Protocol of final acceptance of the corresponding Block on the basis of the invoice

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
