| Payment terms: | payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon their provision on the basis of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered and the Contractor's invoice signed by the Customer within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services), for contracts with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles with VAT (inclusive) / with a single Contractor - an industry organization (without price limitation), 7 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the provision of services (stage of service provision) for contracts with SMEs, 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the provision of services (stage of service provision) by the contractor, and the provision of documents by the contractor, provided for in the contract, for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles, including VAT. |
